The 3-Park 3-Day Base + 2-Days Free Promo Ticket Dated entitles one (1) guest admission to ONE (1) Universal Orlando Resort theme park per day: Universal Studios Florida, OR Universal’s Islands of Adventure, OR Universal’s Volcano Bay. Valid only for children ages 3-9.

Ticket is valid for any five (5) calendar days during an eight (8) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The days do not have to be used consecutively.

The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Valid for visits through 4/16/25. Unused days shall be forfeited.

During the fall and winter season, Universal Volcano Bay is closed on select dates. Guests should check here for updates.

E-Ticket Redemption

Skip the ticket line and go straight to the gate. You may display the ticket on your phone or print it out. A valid photo I.D. that matches the name(s) entered is required.

Expiration

This ticket will expire seven (7) days after the visit date selected at purchase. Valid for visits through 4/16/25. Please see details printed on the ticket.

Refund Policy

We’re happy to refund unused tickets prior to 11/13/2024. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on expired tickets, tickets that are no longer being sold on our website, or tickets that you modify the start date of. A 5% restocking fee applies on all refunds.

Modifications

Please contact us to upgrade an unused, unexpired ticket. You may also upload your tickets to the Universal Orlando App and use it to adjust the date you’re visiting, but this will make the ticket non-refundable. If you’ve already begun to use the ticket, please visit Universal Orlando guest services.
