The Universal Islands of Adventure Universal Express Unlimited Pass entitles one (1) guest unlimited express ride access at participating rides and attractions within Universal Islands of Adventure.

Express ride access is a separate queue line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions. Subject to availability. Pass validity dates and prices are subject to change until purchased. Theme park admission is not included. Pass is not valid for separately ticketed events. Pass is only valid on the date selected and printed on the ticket.

E-Ticket Redemption

You will receive a PDF with your email confirmation within 24 hours. Follow the instructions within the PDF at the Will Call Kiosks located at the entrance of Universal Islands of Adventure to pick up your ticket(s). A valid photo I.D. that matches the name(s) entered is required. Please refer to the PDF attached to your confirmation for additional details.

Expiration

The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on the ticket. Unused products shall be forfeited.

Refund Policy

The above product is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
